Job Description:

Works in coordination with the PHS Success Team to identify and support struggling students to reduce and prevent issues such as: lack of academic progress, truancy and behavior problems while providing individual lessons on general organizational and academic skills in order to promote academic success, positive social interactions and problem solving. Must have the ability to make connections with students, families and school resources.
